Refund policy

1) Scope

This policy applies to all purchases made through the Danielle Savre × Leuwkings online store.

2) Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return, without providing any reason.

Conditions for acceptance:

  • item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors;

  • original tags and packaging must be intact;

  • item must be in perfect resale condition;

  • return must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your request has been approved by email, items must be returned within 20 days to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and/or insured shipping method.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3) Refunds

Refunds apply only to the value of the returned products.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees paid upon delivery remain entirely the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned parcel (bank processing times may apply).

Special cases – undeliverable or uncollected parcels

If a parcel is returned to the sender due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer at checkout;

  • prolonged absence of the recipient;

  • failure to collect the parcel from a pickup point, post office, or depot within the carrier’s time limits;

  • refusal of the parcel or refusal to pay customs duties and local taxes;

Only the value of the products may be refunded, once the returned parcel has been received. Original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.

4) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different size or model, please return the item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

5) Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards;

  • Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale”, where applicable.

The Danielle Savre × Leuwkings collection is not personalized on an individual basis and is therefore eligible for returns under the conditions outlined above.

6) Defective items / order errors

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (wrong model or size).

If the defect or error is confirmed, Leuwkings will cover the return and reshipping costs or proceed with a refund.

7) EU customers – legal notice

For deliveries within the European Union, the legal withdrawal period is 14 days in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
The condition and packaging requirements described above remain fully applicable.
